CreativeLooe’s heartwarming “12 Days of Fishmas” is a delightfully Cornish reimagining of The Twelve Days of Christmas, celebrating the unsung heroes who keep Looe’s community safe, sparkling, and thriving — all wrapped in tidal town pride and gentle humour.

Instead of partridges and pear trees, it’s all about Looe’s real legends:

- On the third day: three town cleaners sweeping the streets before the tide rolls in
- Six ferrymen sailing across the harbour
- Eight fishermen setting sail at dawn
- Nine coastguards watching the waves
- Twelve brave RNLI volunteers (six boat crew + six shore crew) ready to launch

And that’s just a splash — the full lineup honours firefighters, nurses, police officers, champion gig rowers, football stars, chefs, and more, each captured in fun, community-spirited photos.

This celebration became the star of the 'Heroes of Looe 2026 Calendar' (priced at £8.50 and sold out fast last festive season!), plus a beautiful short film featuring Looe Junior School singers that went viral — racking up thousands of views and even making ITV West Country news.
